I know I’ve been out of the loop for quite a bit and I’m working on my “catch-up” post. In the meantime, here is a meme that I was tagged for (I think) by Tina A at Talkin’ With Teenie.

D — Dog’s name: Well, I don’t really have a dog … but Favorite Dog’s name is Bailey.
E — Essential start your day item: Lemon Herbalife energy tea w/ splash of passionfruit juice.
F — Favorite color: Purple.
G — Gold or Silver: Silver.
H — Height: 5′0″… almost. ;)
I — Instruments you play: Flute, Piano, and Guitar.
J — Job title: Full-time student and Super Aunt.
K — Kid(s): None of my own, but nine nieces and nephews: Steven, Jacob, Aaron, Allison, Anthony, Timmy, Alyssa, Summer, and Kayla.
L — Living arrangements: Currently at home with Mom & Dad who are also housing 3 other starving college students!
M — Mom’s name: Blanquita.
N — Nicknames: GEMMERZZ, Gemz, Gem, G, Bean.
O — Overnight hospital stay other than birth: When they took my appendix out.
P — Pet Peeves: I hate when people don’t check the toilet after they’ve flushed to make sure they got everything. Really, people, I don’t want to see your “stuff”!

R — Right or left handed: Right.
S — Siblings: Two brothers who, although technically only “half” brothers, love me wholly — DJ & Fred.
T — Time you wake up: Usually 5AM. On weekends, usually around 7:30 or 8.
U — Underwear: I love boy shorts.
V — Was missing so I’m not sure what to put here: Va-va-va-voooooooom!
W — Ways you run late: I hate being late and am (almost) always ridiculously early.
X — X-rays you’ve had: Teeth and appendix.
Y — Yummy food you make: My version of the Old Spaghetti Factory’s Browned Butter w/ Mizithra Pasta. YUMM.
Z — Zoo favorite: Feeding time at the Lion’s House at the San Francisco Zoo. They feed them real rabbits and the lions just tear them to pieces!! Pure awesomeness.

I am so happy to know that both you and Lucy are smaller than me. That rarely happens. I am always the “short” one. (I prefer vertically challenged)
